Lydia isn't the greatest eater when it comes to solids. Ironically she'll pick through her tray and eat a pea, green bean, piece of
broccoli... the unusual green suspects that nobody else likes. She usually looses interest about 2 minutes after the food is put in front of her and I have to sit and complete an exausting ritual of making every bite interesting to her. Spaghetti however is a WHOLE different story. It was the first non-jarred food she ate at about 8 months old and ever since she has been our little spaghetti monster. I guess that 1/16 italian is coming out in her after all. Case in point...

oh my goodness!!! I just adore these... Her eyes are so bright and beautiful-- my fave is the one where she's pinching her fingers together squinting at you, like, "can I have just a LITTLE more?" :)
ReplyDeletemine too. haha... yeah, I can see her saying it in an italian accent too!
